Brought up by Yobobojojo. I just didn't wanna derail the Weather Trio any longer.

Getting straight to the point, the Tao Trio (that's what the three above are called) are the magnum opus of Team Plasma, what they were going to use to take over the world. Yet they already had Genesect, being the one to make him super powerful canonically. Why would they want the Tao Trio is Genesect was so much stronger than them, and got that level due to their own technology. Because otherwise, Tao Trio is < Plasma technology, which is very untrue.

Btw, scales to Keldeo (Resolute) as well, and the 5 that scale would scale to being superior to normal Genesect. Shiny is debatable.
 
I agree with myself obviously. The one argument i think could be made is they discarded it due to ethics, but this is Ghetsis, the dude who killed Black in the manga qnd was ready to take out his own son. If it was above Reshiram or Zekrom, he would use it.
 
Also, if ethics comes up as a counterargument, ethics go out the window with Post N, black suited Team Plasma from B2W2.

But Kyurem isnt anywhere near Zekrom in its base form though. Its also pretty clear Kyurem stomps them when serious.
 
Kyurem in base is comparable to truth and ideals. And if anything, Kyurem would be the one who embodies this upgrade the most, as he's the one used as a weapon.
 
Yeah, scaling to Resh and Zekr seems fine.

And I really doubt that Kyurem would be that below them. Heck he's currently scaled to them IIRC.
 
@Cal Yeah, your probably right about that. However, I'm heavily averse to scaling to Keldeo since A. Kyurem wasn't serious and B. The Kyurem in the movie held no similarities to this one.
 
I'll upgrade them then. Now it seems that only Gen 2 doesn't have anything above tier 6. Poor Johto (or lucky Johto, depending on how you look at it)
 
Little question: Should Kyurem get resistance to Soul Manipulation and Type 7 immortality?

It is because Kyurem is literally described as a husk or basically the rest that remained behind the division of the Original Dragon.
 
Maybe mind manipulation then too, since its described as only instinctively seeking out the two to complete itself
 
This probably isn't the place, but the ancient power reminded me we should remove transmutation from the CT
 
BTW, Reshiram and Zekrom should get sealing or absorption since the light stone and black stone can do that.
