Rune King Thor vs. Master Hand.

Thor: 7 (Gemmysaur, Byakushiki, Gargoyle, Eficiente, ALRF, Landon, Newendingo)

Master Hand: 0

Looking at MH's profile I don't see him resisting a good lot of Odin's hax that RKT can also use. Rune force-field, time stop, mind hax, soul hax, memory hax. Also RKT is even more serious than Odin, so he does lead with hax

Thor seems to hold quite the advantage with his list of haxes + him being willing to use them makes me vote for him.

Sealing and Fate Destruction seems to be the best of his. Mindfuck and soulfuck are nice though

Nobody make a respond for Kal's question.

@Kal + He surpassed the TWSAIS, celestial beings that bound the realms of Asgard, so Thor is probably above baseline.

Nah, Matt said he's doing research but he's more certain about 3-A than Low 2-C Odin. That would only scale to King Thor, not Rune King Thor

Master Hand is >>>> Smash Arceus who is >>>> Smash Dialga who is Low 2-C by existing. But if this Thor haxes from the start probably he wins despite the AP gap
