One question is Captains intangibility/immortality considered as enchantment?

Ok so it's as i said above (if it wasn't his pemanent abillity she could reomove it with CSK's Galaxia Blade) but in that case even with CSK's Time Stop she can't kill Captain.

well she can't use the spirit king in conventional combat, requires the destruction of one of her gold keys so she is not gunna use that

It's nowhere stated that her Recompense Summoning : Celestial Spirit King is restricted during that combat. A lot of characters have abilities that require item, for exaple noone in arguing about the fact that every conventional archer have to use one arrow to shot. Your statement is also pointless because in both scenarios The Captain wins.

She is not going to be able to spam summon the Spirit king. it's pretty obviously implied it's a one off thing. otherwise all her other spirits become worthless.
