Anyway, I think Dante should take this.
High 7-C Naruto is the 4 tails version so he's pretty straight forward. He has the ability to stretch his limbs and create a clone from himself like he did on Orochimaru (don't know if that was anime only tho), create powerful shockwaves and fire Biju Bombs.
Dante has his Quicksilver Style which gives him a good edge by slowing Naruto down and he can create a double of himself plus has some quick regenration. He had several weapons that aren't game changers but help.
Gotta look at Dante's page again as I think forget some of his abilities that he had at this time.
Both have range, Naruto's Biju Bomb and Dante's fire arms tho Naruto has better AoE.
Intelligence, Naruto is monster like in this form so your not gonna get anything great in combat skills. Dante is pretty cocky but if pressured he will get serious and has at least some good combat skill.

Ok, Dante also has Attack Reflection with his Royal Gaurd Style which can help.
The weapons such as Cerberus gives him some Ice attacks, Nevan gives him Lightning attacks and the ability to control bats but these aren't game changers.
