...This looks very interesting....And Thematical...

It's worth noting SM has a massive AP advantage however, Arcueid is a bit above Baseline, while SM is in the Terrafoe (Her 2nd strongest attack is 95% 4B)

Side from that carry on.
 
Coming back to this after some thought, and I'll try and ask some knowledgable members to discuss here.

Where was it implied that Ultimate One takes time to go and boost its way on up? Is it something that I'm missing here?
 
Don't know anything about SM, so I can only leave info about arc.

Ultimate one does take time.. At least in tsukihime arcueid did need a couple seconds to adjust to ciel level.. So yea it should take a some time..

Can SM blow up the planet? As as far as we know that the only way to actually kill arc.. Or can she RFB her?
 
This match is super interesting, but I will make a comment:

Hax

  • Arceuid: She has interesting hats like reactive power level that can elevate her to Sailor moon level, a Regenerationn difficult to circumvent but alas, that's all
  • Usagi: it possesses several hax interessnt like transmutation, Teleportation or Existance erasure, as well as very interesting resistance at the level of the haxes they are equal:

Sailor Moon has a much higher Range so she has the advantage of distance, she also has attacks that can harm Arceuid.

I think Sailor Moon's powerful Space-Time Warping and Destruction will ultimatley screw Arcueid over. Usagi FRA.

Danke, it took some time to come up with and I'm currently reading SM. Once I had seen it for my own eyes, I thought it would be a pretty good matchup.

What stops SM from one shotting actually?

Low Godly isn't combat applicable....
 
Can't Arc make conditions that make her death conceptually impossible?

For example, she has no lines of death at night and she can control the Earth's rotation.
 
How does "Controlling the Earths rotation" change her getting one shotted? That's a 5C feat.
 
I understood what he meant, basically she is "immortal" the nights, so as she controls the rotation of the planet, she can eventually keep the earth under the night

it does not help for anyone who can destroy more or more planet

@Garg control the rotation of the earth is not it High 6-A?
 
I don't see anything that can permanently kill Arcueid. Sailor Moon doesn't have Existence Erasure she has resistance to it. I doubt transmutation would work unless it affects her soul also I don't even think she has access to it in her 4-B key. Unless she destroys her soul I don't see anything that can kill Arc permanently.

I guess Archetype Earth turns her into energy and wins?
 
Literally says resistance to Space-time shit, power null and Existence Erasure (Thanks to the silver crystal, she avoided being erased by the presence of the black crystal and Nemesis)
