Generally up to 3000000m/s, but those are really specific bolts (continuous charges)
440000m/s is the average speed.
The fastest speed a lightning bolt can achieve is a third of the speed of light; only upward bolts can ever hope to reach this, and it's overall really rare.

Varies widely depending on the Author's adherence to sciencific research. You can have Subsonic lightning or MFTL+ lightning depending on the series.
Most vs communities use 220,000 mph for down stroke and 220,000,000 mph for upstroke.
Vsbattle's uses a paper from like harvard or cambridge that says the average is 440,000 m/s
So MHS to MHS+ is the speeds involved with lightning.
