Goku vs Ichigo


Since Goku has been upgraded due recents calcs that put Piccolo's feat at planet level, I want to remake this fight. Goku Saiyan Saga after King Kai's training vs Ichigo True Bankai. Speed equalized. Who wins?.

Ichigo won last time because he had the ap advantage.
 
Let's see:

Goku is stronger than Nappa, who was stronger than the Z fighters, who were at that time stronger than Raditz, who was stronger than Piccolo, who at that time had an above baseline planet level feat, and Goku can become even more powerful via Kaio-Ken.

Ichigo one-shotted Yhwach twice, who was going to destroy three worlds, without seemingly putting much efforts at all, and both of those times were when Ichigo had the full power of his True Bankai destroyed by Yhwach and the second time was when he had both his Hollow and Quincy powers absorbed by Yhwach.

Both are unquantifiably above 5-B

Both have fought and defeated peoples who were much older and more experienced than themselves

And both are almost equally tenacious.

But Ichigo's Zangetsu gives him an advantage, as cutting is much more effective than punching.

His Zangetsu gives him a better melee range.

He can fire off Getsuga Tensho in conjunction with his melee fighting, as both are likely in a melee fighting position, while Goku only does that in Dragon Ball Super.

He has a healing factor which may help if he takes some serious injuries.

And his Blut Vene might help him if he's taking too much damage.

Overall, I think I'm voting for Ichigo.
 
more like nappa can stomp the z warriors who each can stomp radtiz who can stomp piccolo and goku before there training and add kaio-ken times four and boom.
 
Also, Goku might overpower Ichigo with Kaio-Ken times 4, but he only use it to power up his KaMeHaMeHa, and was tired out after using it. And if Ichigo dodge the technique, then Goku might be at a serious disadvantage. But even if Ichigo won't think about dodging it, his healing factor and Blut Vene might help survive it and he still might have enough power to defeat him. Considering he manage to one-shot Yhwach after both his Hollow and Quincy absorbed, it is possible he can do the same to Goku.

Ichigo cut yhwach in two effortlessly >> yhwach (could destroy 3 worlds)
 
I heard about that in the other thread =P

ok some I'm going to make a power comparison chart that if two feats are equally impressive they get nulled (it doesn't mean that a z warrior actully is stronger then ichigo)

Kaio ken times 3 = Yhwach (destroying 3 worlds)

Raditz stomping piccolo and goku (each who are slight above baseline) = Ichigo effort lessly cutting yhwach in two

One z warrior stomping Raditz > A ichigo that was never shown but is more powerful than the ichigo above

Nappa stomping all the z warriors (no other stronger than feats for ichigo)

infact even with kaio ken times 2 he would still have a strength advantage
 
Goku really need to use the kaioken to defeat Nappa?.
 
I vote Goku.

I personally disagree with ShootingKill's assumption that Goku couldn't use Ki blasts in melee attacks. My argument is more that the idea that he couldn't do it before Super is based only on the fact that he hasn't, which makes no sense to me given the fact that Ki is versatile, Goku has had years of experience using it, and the idea that Goku wouldn't be able to use Ki attacks in conjunction with his physical attacks is harder to accept when there are numerous examples of him using similar things before super. Him putting Ki into his punches, firing Ki blasts out of his feet, etc. None of these things seem more difficult than firing a blast at close range mid-combo.

To me, it's like saying that Goku couldn't enhance his durability with Ki during the Saiyan Saga when he only first did it in the Future Trunks arc.

But I agree with the range difference. But, again, Goku can block the blade, maybe even break his bankai with Kaioken. So...
 
Also, I'm really hesitant to scale Ichigo's defeat of Yhwach to state that he's stronger than him at full power. After all, wasn't the reason he defeated him because of that Silver Arrow Uryu shot at him...? That weakened his powers...?
 
Defeating yhwach is harder than damaging him. Also Yhwach has them hax that the arrow needed to disable for ichigo to defeat yhwach
 
In the previous thread, I voted for Ichigo due him having the superior AP and Dura.

However, the with change in Goku, I see him taking this. Not easily, mind you but still, with the superior damage output plus with more than likely being the more refined combatant, I see him getting in more hits and dealing more damage when it counts.

BTW, what are Goku's and Ichigo's respective offensive outputs? I really curious in the difference.
 
Are people forgetting that Yhwach was at full power when Ichigo bisected him? Aizen had him distracted, but that doesn't mean the scaling doesn't apply. Ichigo (without hollow and Quincy) powers >= Yhwach who is 3x Baseline Planetary.

And then Ichigo is stronger at full power since he know his hollow powers amp him a lot. So he's actually above 3x baseline planetary at full power.

How far above baseline planetary is Goku now after the upgrade?

You mean the same Yhwach who had his powers nullified when he was bisected?
 
Actually, how did Yhwach perform his world destruction feat? Did he do it casually or what? Also, his ap statement says that he is superior to Senna, who has two feats, with the second one being calculated at 6.27 yottatons. Wouldn't that be Large Planet level?
