Composite Kratos.

Round 1: Kratos vs Pre-Six Paths Madara with both Rinnegan, Wood Release and Sage Mode.

Round 2: Kratos vs Six Paths Madara.
 
Madara takes this without too much difficulty, he has substantially better stats across the board. Kratos mostly has hax going for him on this one that's his most efficient way of trying to take Madara down, and the Sharingan's muscle-reading/precognition or however that works should allow him to consistently avoid that.
