Today I will be going through the story of dragon ball z but I'm going to properly scale these characters and put them in their rightful tier. This will be the Saiyan saga to the Buu saga
SAIYAN SAGA
Piccolo obliterated a moon in 2 seconds (at least 5-C). King Vegeta destroys 3 planets with the wave of his hand (at least 5-A). Vegeta was known to be the strongest saiyan to that day, even stronger than his father and Goku was able to beat him with kaioken (high 5-A)
FRIEZA SAGA
Frieza in his first form destroys Planet Vegeta in without using a full 1% resulting in an explosion the size of a large star (high 4-C). Then we move on to his transformations and a 1% final form Frieza, if you do your math correctly, is (4-B). To further back this up Goku's spirit bomb had the energy of Namek's solar system and Frieza tanked it.
The androids 16,17,18,19 and 20 are all far superior to final form Mecha Frieza, who is (4-B+). However near the ending of the Cell Games semi-perfect Cell self destructs in other word and destroys a small cluster of stars (low 4-A). His super perfect form is stronger (4-A).
Fat Buu stomps majin Vegeta, who is now (4-A) after 7 years of training, so fat Buu is at least (4-A). We then move to Kid Buu who is (3-C) to (3-B) because he destroyed a galaxy and was about to destroy Other World. Now Buuhan is different because his wrathful screaming was enough to destroy the universe (3-A). Vegito is stronger than Buuhan (3-A)
