I'd give it to Gwen for versatility, limited reality warping, and a bunch of other abilities. Plus, she is cannoncily bloodlusted in her anodite form if i'm not wrong.

Gwen has time stop (Statuea) and sleep inducing (Somnus) spells, can disassemble/mess with technology (Fallum Quarca Daminigan, Tara Tremmo Eradico, Histus Potiva, Lata Avidimona Lata, Mechanae Discombobulous) She has a spell that leaves the target in suspended animation (Appendage-A Regoria) and can summon rock golems which are strong enough to combat a High 5-A being in large numbers (Silicus Milez Sasitatio,Vita) and slow him down (Tardis Motis). She also has a Ferrokinesis spell (Badickinis Metalalurca) and many other spells (current Gwen has access to Hex's library and Charmcaster's spellbook, granting her knowledge on all of their spells) and all these are just in her base form.
In her Anodite form she can absorb mana form her surrounding (and it is very likely she can absorb Tony's mana as well, as mana is just life energy) to grow even stronger and is capable of reality warping (though we don't exactly know to what scale). She was supposedly able to handle the ENTIRE Highbreed fleet (they were gonna traverse the universe blowing up planets as they went along, and they had thousands/millions of ships at their disposal). She didn't even look at Humungousaur, and she managed to crush him with mana and force him back into Ben.
My vote goes to her for now.
IMO Tony could win if he hit her before she puts up a shield, but with everything she can do before that it'll be tough for him
