some of the bosses are incredible big,the eye of the final boss is much larger than cuphead ´s whole body,maybe they are large building for size

I think that the contracts just represents their souls, they just tooks them from the Devil. If any, is the Devil that has the Soul Manipulation, but I doubt it can be used in combat, it would be like D'arby.

Here another calc, this time isn't speculative.

Matchstick storm was calced at Town level. In the final battle there are volcanoes erupting and other speed feats here and here, plus this. Antonio calc is fine, but The Devil has casual 9-A explosions.

I doubt that the explosion is higher that the result from my calc, is need a radius of 4.8 m to reach Room level, and that explosion isn't that high above it. Other things like the laser and the electricity of the... whatever are those, is dodged via aim dodge.
Also, there's no proof that Grim made the storm, and the volcanos are just part of the background, it has nothing to do with no one. However, several enemies could be Building level via size, but it wouldn't scale to no one.
