Sailor Moon vs. Arceus

Alright, I feel like answering now.

Arceus is so hilariously above her that she can't bypass the Auto-Shields, let alone the plates. Only a matter of time before Arceus puts her in a time loop or traps her in the DW.
 
Considering how hilariously weaker she is, unlikely. She is baseline 2-C while a version of Arceus weaker than the one used here stomped three 2-Cs who are all individually well above Darkrai who is baseline 2-C
 
can not answer from where I am but I will just say two things: Time stop does not work, the sulver crystal immunizes it Sailor moon will have to teleport himself in the dimension of elysion to get rid of the timeloop Wait a few days for a more constructive argument :)
 
Yeah, you throw at them someone equally haxed but 50 times stronger and guess what, they lose

Honestly to be blunt, Type 9 shouldn't really be allowed when said true being is like a whole tier above. Kinda makes a fight unfair. That's kinda like me saying, Lucemon cannot die unless you kill True Lucemon. Or you cannot kill Ygg, unless you kill True Ygg as he'd keep summoning avatars.
 
Bro...You know you don't have to be the tier of the higher being to bypass it as long as it's not a whole dimension above, right? ovo
 
I mean, you can scale it down to 2-C just how you don't need to kill the Emprah in the Warp to beat his Materium self because we scale down the regen
