I was originally doing a "Genos VS Rouge The Bat" thread, but due to recent updates on Rouge's part, I decided to do this instead (it was also jokingly suggested by Jo-Smooth). So here it is!

Rouge - 4 (possibly 5)

Saitama - 0
 
So instead of Charmy now its someone with the same color powers, better abilities, and a lot more combat skill, who scales to the same feat.

Saitama destroys. This is blatantly and monumentally wrong. Count me as a vote for Saitama so this doesn't get added and makes us look bad.
