Saitama gets stung by a bee

I think Saitama finally has a win! Charmy is pretty dumb when it comes to fighting, and is mostly a brawler, which is something Saitama excels in. I can't see Charmy's wind manip doing much, and Saitama is on a much higher end of 5-B then Charmy is.

Not really. Saitama is actually pretty good at physical combat, and he's far higher than baseline planet level.
 
Yeah but Charmy isn't really the type to actually fight/go for the kill. His weakness is how scatterbrained he is. So with standard battle assumptions, saitama wins.
 
Saitama is quite a bit higher than baseline. Boros is baseline, maybe slightly higher, and Saitama, who was still casual, one shotted him. If he got serious, I can imagine him being anywhere between 2x to 10x higher than baseline.
 
To me with how casual he stated he can destroy the planet, he should be at least in the middle of the lower half. I mean I have no way to truly prove it, but that's how I always look at these thing when the author claims they can destroy something.

Color powers aren't listed on his profile, and Homing Attack is just a, well, homing attack. Nothing Saitama hasn't handled before.

I'm gonna say Charmys got this. He scales to a feat that's more than 10× baseline planet, his colour powers give him a versatility edge, and while he is scatterbrained he's by no means an idiot in terms of fighting considering he helps Vector and Espio in combat against Eggmans robots.
