Zwei vs Hacchan

I would go with zwei . As haccan is imo going to be unable to harm him at all and also zwei has been seen one shotting oponents of similar or higher tiers than hacchan .
 
Definitely Zwei, he has so much more durability and is faster. His AP is probably at least equal to Hacchan's too
