I prefer to use Anime timeframe instead of assuming an 8-panel timeframe.

I also agree with using the anime timeframe, we'll just have to decide who scales to him, but looks like... nobody scales.

Luffy didn't really destroy as much as he bent the both half-disks, so fragmentation would likely misrepresent the amount of energy used. (actually, KKG's punch lauched Doflamingo, and the impact of him landing caused that, so it's likely even higher)

Seems like
King Elizabelo's Punch, and Fujitora's KE use assumed timeframes (although I'm unsure about the latter), but both are from the Dressrosa Anime, so it's not replaceable.
Ace's Entei too, but it doesn't use the KE End, so it's irrelevant. I think that was the only thing left to correct.

Yes, the Dressrosa Anime is really bad at pacing out Manga scenes. It doesn't help that a good portion of the feats come from that arc too. Either way, a case could be made for some of them, I will make a CRT about it soon enough.
