Zhongli vs Naruto (KCM2)

Okay, no problem.
Anyway I checked their speed. Zhongli upscales from 0.0125c while Naruto massively upscales from 0.0456c meaning he has a 3.6x speed advantage and can amp his speed further with shunshin.
AP wise Naruto scales to 4.3 gigatons physically and up to 21.5 gigatons with Kurama avatar. With tailed beast bombs he jumps to 322 gigatons without charging and up to 6.2 teratons with a charged TBB.
Zhongli at best upscales from 54.5 gigatons.
In other words, Naruto is MUCH faster and could one shot with a charged bijuu dama. Even few regular bijuu dama can do the job tho, as a single one has about 6x AP advantage. Naruto also has rasen shuriken durability negation and a massive numbers advantage.

You could equalize speed and give prior knowledge, though idk how much will that do
