Doctor Strange used a spell on a starving Galactus that was basically a stronger version of Penance Stare. This is Life Bringer/Fully fed Galactus, they aren't even remotely comparable

Besides, Life Bringer was accepted to be High 1-B, no one just upgraded his profile

He stomps via vastly superior AP

Also I believe any matches with lifebringer should be closed. Vsbw agreed to make him High 1-B and this matches are nothing more but false information of lifebringer.
