At least capable of a universal range time stop, as Arthur used the Fifth Key to partially stop time within his own universe (by partially, I mean he stopped time, but every hour or so of stopped time, time would unfreeze and move forward a few seconds in real time before stopping again) and as the eldest son of the Architect, Sunday should be comparable in power.
