This is for his AeroV-Dramon (Post Overwrite) and latter forms.

As AeroV-Dramon Post Overwrite he should be Low 2-C from fighting Arkadimon Mega which scales to the Royal Knights due to being a threat to them. As UlforceVeedramon not only is he vastly superior to his previous form, he is also above Arkadimon Super Ultimate as shown when he caused great damage to it with a single punchand can fight Daemon SU on even groundbefore getting weakened, Both of which as Super Ultimate Level Digimon should be Immensely superior to their previous forms which already powerful with one being a threat the RK and the other a very powerful member of the SGDL.

Hmm... it's been a while since I read V-Tamer.

Aside from Daemon tearing a hole between the Digital and Human Worlds, I don't remember any feats that would put them on this scale.

OK let's start.

Damage Omegamon does not indicate level 3-A, the Omegamon of level 3-A that we have is the Royal Knight, the Omegamon of the Hideto does not demonstrate at any moment to be compared to the Royal Knight.

Anyway the scale thanks to the battle against Arkadimon is legitimate for this and he be a rival even for the Royal Knights helps a lot in setting a level for him. In addition we have the fact that the blog of Zeromaru X reveals the natural power that all Super Ultimate must have (Affect all the space-time of the Digital World and cause its destruction, as Chronomon demonstrated in Digimon Story).

Anyway, I was already planning a blog where I would analyze the entire scale around the Royal Knights, along with their greatest feats and with that determine at what level they. Hmm... it's been a while since I read V-Tamer.

Demon teared a big hole between worlds, yes. But tearing small, human-sized holes in the fabric of space-time is a standard power for all Mega level in V-Tamer (and at some point, Zero got it in his Aero V-dramon form).
