Cole has taken a trip to New York after a man in a black spider-themed suit trashes New Marais. Upon reaching the Big Apple, he comes across Peter Parker swinging through the city, mistaking him for the black-suited figure, and shoots him down with a Lightning Bolt. Spider-Man mistakes Cole for a new super-criminal and two being to do battle.

Spider Man is Large Building level, the version of Cole being used here is City level. Even Cole's weakest incarnation would stomp as he is City Block level at the very least.
