Zephyr Highwind VS. Nagato (Pain)

difficult one, the Pains being seperate allow teamwork to be a big asset. Zephyr's abilities are pretty versatile compared to each of the Pains having one. However, Shinra Tensei is extremely potent in deflecting a lot of attacks directed at them and the absorption one can just eat up all of Zephyr's magic too. The Summoner can just completely out number Zephyr, each summon having unique abilities, and if one goes down they can easily be Ressurected. Zephyr needs some allies for this one or he's gonna be completely outnumbered

Unfortunately, the only character of that level is High 6-B. Also keep in mind Zephyr's ability to attack them all at once through bardsongs. Nocturn especially will do a number on them, as they share senses.

oh, well 8-A and 7-B tournies are up, so far all the 8-As are baseline like Zephyr, although you may need a decent calc for 7-B or at least a City Level+

Zephyr isn't baseline, he's 600 tons scaling off this guy.
