Zenon City Tokyo - Adding an approved calc

This calc was just approved.
I want to add it to the profiles.
As the feat was performed by random students, it should scale to all listed characters, as those are actual fighters.

The AP rating stays the same, just the number goes up. You's rating would lose the "likely".

Fine enough, the calc is accepted and since it's a group of randoms I guess scaling it to the actual fighters is fine.
