Yusuke wins through his power of not being able to be hit physically. His sacred aura allows him to be beyond the physical realm. I'm not sure if Flame has the power to attack spiritually, so I would have to give it to Yusuke. Yusuke can attack Flame, but Flame cannot attack Yusuke.
