Existence Erasure is there, that's pretty much Time Killer. He's made for Time Killer, he's the OG Susano'o who can cut down time. He didn't used it on Ragna or Jin but that's because of PIS, he was made to cut yet he didn't cut. Destroying time is the purpose of his existence.

Time Killer erases you on a 4D scale meaning your entire history, past, future and present is erased. If Gilgamesh only resisted normal EE, Time Killer would probably work on him still.

Also Terumi has resistance to EE but Time Killer still affected him
