Yü Otosaka Tier Revision

So I've always found it strange having Yü be tiered at 8-C and not at unknown, especially because he has (as described) over tens of thousands of unknown abilities. Any one of those abilities could drastically change his tier, but of course we don't know by how much. I for one advocate to have his tier be "8-C with known abilities" but "unknown with all abilities."

How could we honestly tier a character whom we literally do not know even a thousandth of what that character can do?

Yuu would not be at least higher than 8-B with all as abilities? because everything is not summed up only by destructive power, but by the abilities, and how he uses them
