There really isn't a lot of things to cover here really. Kanda resists Ichigo's RC, and his Innocence should deal major damage given that Ichigo is part Hollow, I.E a negative soul. So while Ichigo himself wouldn't be directly injured from Yu's Purification but it would most likely purify Zangetsu (Atm D Gray-Man has the better soul Manipulation in comparison to Bleach.)
Yu also takes the edge in AP, amps, and skill. Aside from Innocence hax which should effect Ichigo to some degree he also has Exploding Spirit cut which causes violent explosions from within the opponent after a cut is made.
Kanda should take this mid diff.
