Your favourite characters are stranded on an island

Basically what the title says lol, figured it could be a funny little experiment. Here's the rules
  • Two of your favourite characters from any verse are stranded on a deserted island with nothing but the clothes on their back and any standard equipment they might have, optional equipment can be allowed too. The two characters don't know anything about the other unless they happen to know each other from the same verse like sauske and naruto.
  • Any out there hax like reality warping, dimensional travel or anything that allows for easy escape from the island like flying is nullified so long as they are on the island or its surrounding waters. In general your characters can only rely on their gear and the skills and knowledge that they have to survive.
  • After at least a week of being on the island a rescue boat will arrive at their location though the characters are not aware of this being sent to them, they could also attempt escape by making a raft of their own. During the day the island is hot and humid but cold and stormy weathered during night.
  • No tier 1s and higher of course.
  • Besides all that anything goes, can your characters survive or not?

The White Light from Ruckerverse clears anyway as it's a tier 0, so the limitations wouldn't apply to it as tier 0s are irreducible

Maybe a good idea would be to also restrict High 1-A+/tier 0 characters from being used here?

Okay, these two have to survive a week together.

the biggest problem is that both Phobos and Hank have to get along, which isn't gonna be easy mostly with Phobos being in the picture. I can see Hank putting his differences aside to go for the objective, (he has shown he can put his emotions aside for contracts in project nexus with him working with jesus and tricky rather easily, two people he is not 100% fond with to say the least) however Phobos has quite the ego and god complex, and would likely end up attempting to kill Hank if we're gonna be honest.

The stakes would be high, because hank basically has to dance around pissing Phobos off enough to where he'd try and kill him, and Phobos has to try and not be himself for a week.

overall, i'd give their survival a good 26%. Phobos is way too full of himself and has too much of a hatred toward people affiliated with Jesus to ever work with Hank 100%, and Hank is too much of an psychopath to look at Phobos and not try to kill him at least once during the week.

if both can realize they will die on the island if they don't work together, i think they could survive. but that'd require them getting over their own need for violence for a little bit.

Ill do a few pairings

Spawn and deadpool: spawn finds deadpool to be as annoying as wolverine does but would probably still share food and water he creates with powers even if he complains about being trapped with this annoying asshole.

Fsn lancer and archer: lots of bickering but cus survival instinct and archers household skills and their ability to still work together even with those they dont like still allows them to pull through.

Old kratos and doomguy: Absolute minimal talk bonding commences. Theyd survive though especially kratos.

Dante and doomguy: would crack jokes about doomguy being a silent brute but theyd do relatively well probably albeit dante would get bored as hell and mess around with doomguys weapons.

Sakuya izayoi and giorno giovanna: i feel like sakuya and dio would just end up fighting or dio would attempt to enthrall her so im mixing it up. Giorno would use gold experience a lot to create fruit and meat and once they light a fire, and sakuya can cook and help manage shelter. I doubt thered be any conflict.

Jotaro kujo and aqua: i just wanted to torment jotaro. But this would be his opinion. "Good grief this b** is unbearably annoying. But her ability to provide clean water at least makes her good for something. With her being useless at anything else though it looks like im managing food and shelter until i get out of this shit"

Homelander and flowey: hl cant kill flowey and flowey is likely to just plot a way to backstab homelander while feasting on fish and water in the meantime while avoiding too much confrontation. Homelander could survive off coconut water if its there and cooking any fish with lasers if he is smart enough. Though flowey could sabotage that, steal the resources and take hls soul once he dies
If flowey gained six souls hed straight murder homelander. And seven souls would probably cause him to actually hate homelander then kill him at which point... i think asriel could actually survive on his own due to fire magic to help with food and probably purifying water.

Fun thread.

Taskmaster & Mr. Priest

Interesting clash of personalities here. Taskmaster is pretty scummy and exploitative, which is in rather stark contrast to Priest's more selfless and "pure" traits. Tasky is just another example of how a human could fall so far into "sin", which may fuel Priest's growing frustration and hopelessness towards the state of the world in general. Here before him is a person who has let Greed, Lust, and Wrath pretty much dictate his entire life, he's not much different than the followers of the demon lords. It's basically people like Taskmaster who give the demon lords their strength, in fact.

So I think overall it would be bad for Mr. Priest, mentally. Taskmaster would just think he's some "stuck-up church boy" and would probably mooch off of his abilities for the duration of their stay.

They survive easily though, Mr. Priest has a miracle that allows him to duplicate food so they have little risk of starving, and Taskmaster is more than skilled enough to hunt/fish/collect resources, etc.

Sekibayashi Jun & Thistle

Sekibayashi would probably think he was a child in a weird costume, which would immediately put them both off on the wrong foot. Thistle would 100% find pro-wrestling stupid, and is blunt enough that he'd probably insult Seki if he explained it to him.

Since they aren't in the Dungeon, he wouldn't have any real reason to be outright aggressive toward Seki (aside from being annoyed by his loud, rather abrasive demeanor). They'd probably avoid each other. Though, depending on Thistle's level of magic without his Dungeon Lord abilities, he may have to rely on Seki for tasks like constructing a shelter or killing wild game. Think it would be rather funny if he had to approach the "Brutish human" after dismissing him, because he needed help lifting a log or something.

Seki would probably give him extra portions of whatever food they catch, since he'd 100% assume Thistle wasn't eating right, based on his size and body.

Min-Su Kim and Sasaki Kojiro

These two would probably clash with each other due to Min-Su's depression and unreasonable hatred towards mankind compelling him to kill Kojiro. Kojiro would dance around Min-Su for a while due to his much higher speed, until Min-Su gets tired and begins to somewhat question his ideals.

Once Min-Su seems to be calming down, Kojiro would probably try and talk him down, noticing the despair in his eyes. Assuming the Resurrection Warrior isn't here to intervene and reset time, this means there's a chance for Min-Su to start healing from his pain, but the fact that he's slaughtered countless people would still cause Kojiro to fundamentally clash with the boy despite his plight.

They would likely act separately for the entire duration of the stay. Min-Su can't starve to death, so it's not unlikely he would isolate himself wherever on the island to contemplate his plight and consider how much of a monster he's become.

Kojiro already has plentiful survival skills from when he was alive, and lived in an era without the common tools that we have, so he shouldn't have any trouble adapting to the environment, especially with his information analysis. Min-Su doesn't have this and even if he can't starve to death, he can still feel hunger. So, knowing Kojiro, he would likely try to reach out to Min-Su and share resources with him.

This would serve to build a sense of camaraderie between the two, but wouldn't serve to heal Min-Su's pain much more. Before the week ends, I imagine Min-Su would probably kill himself due to the immense guilt he buried deep down beginning to weigh on him. Kojiro would survive and escape, but not before burying the boy on the island, rather than taking him back to his home country of South Korea, acknowledging that he deserves a proper burial but not in the home of the people he'd murdered.

Kojiro leaves on the rescue boat, Min-Su remains alone, even in death.

Fair point changed the OP

Lemmie think on one for me lol

Goro Majima and Jacob Frye

Okay so right away these two could likely get along quite well, considering their criminal backgrounds, though they might have issues with a language barrier though I think Majima can speak or at least understand some English. Majima's work as a fisherman in 8 should give him some basic survival skills such as properly catching fish and to a lesser extent game. Jacob afaik hasn't ever lived in the wild but he did spend years in India which might have given him some idea at least, plus he could use his eagle vision to likely determine the best way to hunt for food and what's safe to eat at least and he resists poisons so he should be alright if he eats something bad.

Overall I think they have a fairly good chance to survive, I'd say at least 75%. Majima will likely be the main food provider using his fishing knowledge to ensure a reliable source. Jacob uses his parkour skills to scout the island and find a suitable place to make shelter, likely in a cave. If they can work around the language barrier their chances get better and they probably wait for the raft.
