My ideas:
Uryuu Ishida vs Sasuka Uchiha.
Connection:

• both are intelligent and calm rivals of main characters of popular shonen.
• both are members of exttinct race/clan with their own unique abilities.
• later they join to evil organisation

Chance of happening: very high
Who would win: probably Ishida



Hao Asakura vs YHWACH
Connection:

• both are over 1000 years old , extremely powerful main villains of their respective series
• both have powers related to souls and their entire series in related to souls
• both tries to steal power of god of their respective series (and they accomplish their goal)

Chance of happening: decent but not now. Only when new Bleach anime ends or will be very far into plot
Who would win: I don't know

Giygas vs Lavos
Connection:

• Both are extremely powerful main antagonists of classic 16bit jrpgs
• both are aliens with powers related to time

Chance of happening: decent
Who would win: Lavos, but Death Battle research is weird so probably Giygas

Ichigo Kurosaki vs Yoh Asakura
connection:

• Both are main protagonist of popular shonen with ghosts
• both uses katana and ghost in battle

Orochimaru vs Mayuri
Connection:

• Both are antagonists/anti-heroes of their respective series who uses poison and other weird stuff in battle
• both are extremely intelligent and cunning
• both are infamous for their experiments

Connection:
- Both are dark-skinned characters from popular series who have weather-related powers
Chance of happening: decent but not know. Part 6 anime need to aired first

Liu Kang vs Ryu
Connection:

• both are main protaginists of classic fighting games
• both are honorable warriors
• both have their dark side

Who would win: I don't know

Mewtwo vs Tetsuo Shima
Connection:

Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira was written in the mid-80s with an animated film adaptation in 1988. Pocket Monsters, as an idea, sprung up at least in 1990. In Akira, scientists try to replicate the insanely powerful, but child-like psychic named Akira by experimenting on an angsty, older boy named Tetsuo. When Tetsuo's psychic powers go out of the scientists' control, he desires to confront Akira, to see who is more powerful. In Pokemon, the psychic-type Mewtwo was created by scientists to replicate the psychic-type, child-like Mew and also went out of control. In the anime film, Mewtwo also wishes to face Mew in battle, and also has his share of angst.

- both are badass main characters from classic over-the-top fps

• both are serial killers who hides their true personality
• both uses humanoid summons

- both are main protagonist of anime-like cartoon
-both are descendant of some extinct race
- both have hidden powers

- both are sons of Superman and Son Goku respectively

-Both have 2 individuals that make their life a lot better
-Both have some of the worse parents in animation (excluding Johnny's mom)
-The creator of Johnny Test wrote a good portion of FOP episodes

both started out as crazy humans who used their tech against their opponents (Destroy-Man suit against Travis and German technology against the Pillar Men

Died and came back as a cyborg made of the same tech (Neo Destroy Man and Cyborg Strohiem)

After being destroyed came back a third time with an army he got from a military to finally defeat his enemy (strohiem returning with the German soldiers and destroy man using different militaries to mass produce himself

Who wins? Destroy Man

Ghost Rider vs Spawn

Both live dangerous lives as humans (secret agent and stunt driver)

both made deals with demon lords for their loved ones only for it to end horribly (Johnny making a deal with Mephisto to cure his father's disease only for him to die in a stunt accident And Al making a deal with Malebolgia to bring him back to life so he can see his wife again only to see she married his best friend and had a kid with him)

both Are known for using chains to fight

Dante vs Kratos

both are Demi humans (Dante being half devil and Kratos being half god)

a member of their supernatural race orchestrated their families destruction causing them to hate their super natural sides (mundus attacking Dante’s family when he was a kid killing his mother and separating him from Vergil causing him to despise his demon side and start hunting other demons and Ares tricking Kratos into attacking his home and killing his wife and daughter. Causing him to seek vengeance on the Greek Gods

Both are icons in hack and slash character action genre of video games.

It always struck me as odd that they never did Bowser Vs Eggman. Considering all the other Mario Vs Sonic stuff they’ve done. Would be interesting how they would animate the battle, with Eggman jumping into his various different mechs and machines while Bowser plows through them with his strength and magic.

Tari VS Miko Kubota (Meta Runner VS Glitch Techs)
- Both are blue haired gamer girls that are ambiguously human. Both wear advanced armwear and have tech that lets them scan various video game characters and wielded a sword and hammer. Both befriend a video game character that came to life in the real world and also share a nerdy tech friend. Both are taken in by a corporation that is secretly shady and are in a team with a hot-blooded number one champion gamer that shares similar gear and abilities as them and are rivals towards them, though this cooled down around Season 2.

Has a unique idea and introduces more web shows but I'm not sure if DB will allow other web series aside from RT and Miko and her home series is a niche Nickelodeon series and isn't recognizable as other Nicktoons.

Not sure who wins but I think Tari might take it.

Birdie VS Earthquake (Street Fighter VS Samurai Shodown)
- Both are chain wielding thugs from fighting games and used to work for the bad guy but left to their own accord.

Has little chance to show up since Birdie isn't a famous Street Fighter character and SS as a whole is fairly niche

Earthquake easily beats Birdie.

Bloom VS Will Vandom (Winx Club VS W.I.T.C.H.)
- Both are red head fairy magical girls that are leaders of an all-female elemental team that untie together with friendship to make their powers strong. Both of their comics and cartoon series debuted around the same time and their creators are Italian. Also a rival fight.

Is one of the few underrated rivalry matchups that DB has yet to do, but both home series don't have the popularity nowadays than they used to have back in the 2000s. Might has a decent chance to show up.

Unsure of who wins. Probably Bloom.

Mystique Sonia VS Cerebella
- Both are female brawlers with a living hat creature that they use for attacks. Both also wear strapless tops.

Basic connections but their fighting styles fits and has some banter and animation potential. Too bad Hero 108 is extremely niche and Skullgirls, though has some recognition, isn't quite as well known compared to the top fighting game series. So has a low chance to appear.

Mystique Sonia takes it easily.

Malefor VS Alatreon
Battle between two legendary, evil, potentially world-ending dragons, that have mastered five elements.

Assuming Death Battle scales Malefor to their Spyro calc, Alatreon should take the W.

Probably never gonna happen though.

Discord vs Bill Cipher
-Both are reality warping overpowered characters from 2010’s cartoons (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Gravity Falls)

-Both have very specific weaknesses to working together/friendship (The Elements of Harmony turning Discord to stone needing the Mane 6 and the Cipher Wheel banishing Bill needing the characters to hold hands)

-Both are well regarded tricksters who prefer to outsmart opponents rather than overpower them (Bill through the deals he makes and Discord convincing the Mane 6 they weren’t friends)

-Both reside in dimensions that drive normal people insane (Bill’s Nightmare Realm and Discord’s Chaos Dimension)

-Both intended to cause never ending chaos in their worlds (Discord making Ponyville the Chaos Capital of the world and Bill wanting to “liberate” the universe, making a party that never stops)

-Both were turned to stone statues upon their defeat (The Elements turned Discord to stone to contain him and Bill made his physical body stone before entering Ford’s mind)

Chance of Happening: Low to decent. It was said a bit ago that DB might be done with MLP as a verse though this is unconfirmed, and this is easily one of the most requested matches they have right now.

Who wins?: Discord most likely. Not only is he much more powerful but he can resist a good number of Bill’s abilities and he’s actually fought an entity similar to Bill in the form of Cosmos, while Bill’s never been shown to fight another reality warper.

Johnny Test vs Timmy Turner

Johnny wins because his dog is better then Timmy’s dog. I watched a lot of Johnney Test. And while Fairly Odd Parents is a better show, Johnny Test’s dog is cool, while Timmy’s dog is cool but not as cool as Johnney’s.
