Younger Toguro vs Charizard

Demon vs Dragon. Two creatures of fantasy face off to the death. Two rounds. One equalized, and another is not. The battle takes place on a mountain, and they are 150 meters apart. Charizard is in base and Toguro is 100%. Charizard can ascend to Mega Charizard X, and Toguro can get to 100% over 100%

You don't want to see him at 100%.

I'm voting Charizard aswell due to superior speed, and a higher arsenal of techniques. Even if we equalized speed, Charizard has this thing called flight.

The same as the above.

For the Speed unequalized one, Charizard is faster than Y. Toguro on top of having more stuff to by. So the fire dragon pokemon has that for me.

For the speed equalized one, it's likely more difficult for Charizard but it also has flight and if it can get outta Y.T's range, i can see it just keeping it safe from a distance and hitting him with fire attacks and such.

In addition to Fight advantage Charizard also has plenty of moves that can cause burn, this would both do damage to Toguro over the corse of the battle and keeping his regen occupied but also lower Toguro's physical strength, while also Charizard has a range advantage.
