Yeah, Fungus Manipulation can be pretty op; you could flood Godzilla's system with fungus, make mushrooms grow from Godzilla's eyes, and just make mushrooms and other fungus engulf Godzilla's body from the inside out.

I would scan Godzilla, getting a knowledge of what he can do before I create an exoskeleton meant to protect myself from his atomic breath or related attacks before I create beings out of my shadow to use to beat the crap out of him. And if I combine my shadows to make one big being, I would be able to create a giant shadow being so strong, it could just pick Godzilla up with one hand and throw him into the sun. But I would have to move fast.
