I use Animal Creation to create more Composite Godzillas and infuse them with divine demonic energy so they can kill it.

I also use the grass to hold Godzilla down so it can't escape.

Hook Proficiency - I guess that's better than not having Hook Proficiency.
Eternal Sin Inducement - With this, I can make sure that Godzilla goes to Hell when he dies! I'm suuuure that'll go fiiiiiine.
Transcendent Mutant Physiology - As you can see on its page, this comes with a laundry list of "manipulation" powers that could probably hax the hell out of poor Godzilla. Still, sending him to hell is definitely a bad idea that probably won't end well for me.
Mountain Magic - I can hit him with mountains, maybe? Bury him in one? Yeah, probably not all too useful.

You could probably seal him inside a mountain.
