Still a stomp, Issei's stronger and more durable but gets massively outsped. Ben'd dodge Issei's attacks for a minute then Issei'd power down and get one shot. not really a fair match up, especially without equalized speed. FTL vs MFTL+. Issei's time limit for AxA is incredibly short (and he cant fight after) and his base strength is only Island level.

His strongest base form is Atomix, which is at least 4-B, possibly 4-A.

It would be better if Ben only used up to his current 5-A form, which I pretend to upgrade to Tier 4 too.
