Match for KLOL. After completing Y3, I feel like those two are kind of similar, redeeming themselves and saving Kiryu's life at their final moments. After all, Kirin is a creature that can slay a dragon. Can it slay this one?
The motivation for fighters is sheer problems between Tojo and Omi. Nothing personal.

Ryuji has a sword and little knowledge on Mine's combat style. Fight takes place on top of Millenium Tower.

Well for starters, Mine arguably has a much more aggressive and swifter fighting moveset than Ryuji does and Mine absolutely has Ryuji on the acrobatic ropes. Plus, Kiryu couldn't exactly break out of Mine's grapple either without resorting to blocking so I'll resort to Mine this time for having the same strength level with arguably more skill, aggression and skill.

Counted, I personally think Ryuji is tad stronger physically but still makes sense, Mine's skill made Kiryu fall on his knees and spit blood
