Even though Kira has been downgraded he still stomps

I think it depends. If its from far away, deidara probably spams bombs and kira plops sheer heart attack. If deidara shoots sheer heart attack or it reaches him before he can reach kira, the kira could win. If its the other way around, i dont know how kq will protect kira against bombs.

Alsi if its sunny then kira can use stray cat as well
