Everything Tails has that's worth something, Yoshi has, and has it better. His power-ups grant invulnerability, too, and their combined time limits is legit enough to outlast Super Tails' minute-long time limit. So, Yoshi, with superior hax like teleportation, transmutation, tons of elemental manipulation, gravity manipulation and attack reflection, as well as virtue of being 4-A for an unlimited amount of time compared to Tails' minute and on virtue of having three invulnerability power-ups with time limits combined to exceed Tails', I'd say Yoshi takes this, and pretty easily.

also i'm pretty sure yoshi could keep fighting for far more then a minute with no effort

Even with the time limit removed, Yoshi's hax and power-ups will easily allow him to keep on the attack, and overwhelm Tails. So I still vote Yoshi.

Yoshi for reasons above; while more evenly matched than Luigi Vs Tails and even without time limit as a weakness, Yoshi still has more than enough hax to make up for the slight AP disadvantage. So yeah, good match, but Dinosaurs eat foxes here.
