Just made the profile for Slyfox, so I had to do it to see how strong he's compared to the barely-haxxy 9-Bs.

Speed is equalized, for obvious reasons.

Won't be able to argue much, but I'll just post some things.

In a distance of 10 meters, Slyfox could immediately just headshot Yor due to being much more skilled. Instinctive reaction won't really help since speed is equalized and gun is much faster, but the fact that Cloudhawk, a dude much less skilled than Slyfox at that point, predicted and killed a monster that has a danger sense so keen it can move its head mid-flight and dodge bullets, and yet Cloudhawk killed it.
