Elves start training since they are 15 years old in combat. They aren't considered adults until they reach 110 years of age. They are trained to abuse their "supernatural grace" that let's them apply ambush tactics, stealth and "complex graceful" movements in combat. They are sniper as well as swordsmen that constantly patrol their homelands, dealing with beasts of many kinds (magical or otherwise). (scans)
The lowest of Elves warriors is a CR 1/2 creature. Meaning you need 4 of them at once to equal 1 adventurer of level 1. A CR 1 creature can already take on 4 of those. That already covers the bulk of her skill feats that you provided.
