In all seriousness, I do expect him to strike first with his arrow provided he's willing to kill. He uses it with such incredible accuracy he never misses targets who he can't even see around corners or walls.

I am a die hard Legolas fanboy, but he will be helpless here. Yondu for the win.

All it takes is a whistle for Yondu's arrow to pierce Legolas. I'd say Yondu would be willing to kill considering the type of character he is.
