Yogiri Takatou(Instant Death) vs Ruphas Mafahl(A Wild last Boss Appeared

Let's say that this battle happens because of the damage done to all the worlds connected to The Endpoint. One of the worlds is the one that Yogiri is in, and naturally the threat to that world would register for him. Could he kill Ruphas Mafahl in the Endpoint, permanently,or would Ruphas just be able to come back, or even ignore his power entirely?


And perhaps more importantly, could she kill him herself in his true form, at his full power?


 
This may have been possible if Yogiri was still 1-A, and had NEP type 2, but the downgrades have made him a shell of his former self.
