I'm guessing this upgrade is based on this, so I'll repeat what I said in the other thread.

“Higher-level space-time continuum” could be a higher infinity, except what they said was correct. That text alone is too vague, we don't know how higher said higher-level space-time continuum is so we don't know if it's the uncountable infinity needed for Tier 1.
