He should scale fully to Muscular in AP with tremoring earth, as he dispersed his muscle fibers. Something 100% Deku during the Forest Training Arc couldn't do. Muscular even stated he needed to increase the size/density of his fibers to block Shinso's full output, ands he was still weakened afterwards, to the point where his fibers had gaps in them. In durability he should scale at least partially, as he explicitly states he takes at least some of the power he throws out.
