Aizen KS worked while he did not have the Almighty active in Mugen when they were attmepting to recruit him
And Kaguya would need the Expansive TSB to attempt to that which even then Yhwach is capable of switching to another future.

Btw Yhwach has resistance to precog so yeah..not like she can counter future sight based precog anyways.

Sharingan doesn't really help in this fight at all since it's not real Pre-Cog. Sharingan reads physical movement to predict the opponent's next move, it does see a guaranteed future, it's a predicted future.
Most of Yhwach's abilities are not physical in anyway. Plus, Sasuke couldn't see Chakra moving with Sharingan, so assuming Reiryoku/Reiatsu = Chakra means a Sharingan wouldn't be able to predict any ability.
Seriously this is an easy win for Yhwach with Schrifts. All he has to do is switch to a future where the X-Axis has hit Kaguya, Visionary has done whatever, Death Dealing has made Chakra lethal and etc. There are so many ways for Yhwach to win and pretty much none for Kaguya since she can't tag him nor affect him with any of her abilities.

If Yhwach was Medaka level with his haxes I would've definitely voted for him. But he barely could handle Ichigo and Aizen. And he died from a slice from Ichigo.

No he died because the Arrow negated his power and then Ichigo killed him while the Almighty was done. And he had trouble with Aizen and Ichigo because KS effected him beforehand.
