Yeah this is kind of a stomp one way or the other like Sword said. The TARDIS appears to have High 1-C AP, but I'm not sure if it can be used for combat, though I think it can. Otherwise, YHVH can blitz by being Omnipresent and having enough AP to erase him.

YHVH only has 4D Omniprescence in his base, 5D in his true form. That's nothing compared to 11D.

It's just a stomp. Either the doctor has become a complex multiversal being and ascended to the tier one ranks, in which case he stomps YHVH, or he doesn't and YHVH stomps the doctor. There's the dirence between even a single letter in a tier at this level is enough to stomp an infinite number of the lower tiers. Hell, just the high 2a version of YHVH is able to stomp an infinite number of the normal 2a versions of himself. The tier 1 doc reks the high 2a YHVH infinitely, and non tier 1 doctor vs any version of YHVH is a joke.
