If you want the power scaling, let's start with Kagutsuchi, who maintains control over (And quite literally is) An infinite Multiverse with Billions of Universe being created and destroyed every second (Each and every single Universe also has an endless cycle of Death and Rebirth that repeats ad infitum) He also has control over "Sangai" (Quite literally, Past, Present and Future)

Then, we have Metatro who is explicitly stated to be superior to Kagutsuchi, and Metatron's voice alone is compared to Kagutsuchi's infinite Multiverse.

Metatron, in comparison, is completely pathetic to Demiurge.

Mem Aleph, Has sealed an amped-up Demiurge casually.

Lucifer makes Mem Aleph look like a Joke, and stated himself that he is nothing but a mere aspect of YHVH.
