Yet another type 10 immortality question

If a non-outerversal character is made of an outerversal substance, would they have type 10 immortality? Let me go into detail: There is a character; lets call him x. X is 5-C. He has absolutely no feats that put him at 1-A, yet his body is made of a something that is 1-A. Basically "Beyond Dimensional Physiology" but without the stats to match. Because he has a beyond-D body, would this grant Type 10?

Outerverse is more of a philosophical or artistic representation than physical. You've to transcend the concept of reality, temporality, dimensions to get Type 10 immortality
