Tetsuos volume 5 key should stay the same but his awakened key should be high 3-A solid. We also should add on possible abilities and definite abilities to his awakened key.
To start off, Tetsuo must be solidly high 3-A because he creates an awakened singularity, exactly like those of when akira awakens which is stated by kei. These singularities are special because Akira at his peak makes them, and Akira is the physical manifestation of the stream. Tetsuo is stated by the author to have been interrupted and that is why he was absorbed by Akira.
Tetsuo also created multiple phenomena that are a byproduct of Akira phenomena. These include a variety of waves and particles and effects. while it is theoretical if he can replicate these normally, it is solid he can do this while creating any type of singularity, and we can assume at a higher intensity for awakened singularities. I propose sub atomic level range(able to create elementary particles)radiation manipulation(created gamma rays)limited control over nuclear forces(able to accelerate the decay of electrons and positrons, a form of radioactive decay)BFR(awakened blasts teleport objects and people beyond the boundaries of this world)and some form of nuclear fusion manipulation if that’s a thing.
