Stalemate. From every punch Yang receives from Scorpion, she'll grow stronger but once Scorpion drags her down into the Neatherrealm, he too will grow in power, and so both will be growing stronger every second, Scorpion from being in the Neatherrealm and the punches Yang receives from Scorpion.

P.S. Should've thrown Toph in there too for that matter, a battle royale then as she'd sense every attack coming at her thus countering them.

How fast really is Scorpion? Is he much, much, much faster in wraith form compared to his base?

Because looking at the profile, Yang blitzes him, punches his head off and calls it a day.
