During the traitor's arc, we learn that Yami, or anyone else between the capitains, can erase a mountain. Why it's just block city level ? Its possible to update that ?

I'd also like to bring up the fact that he didn't bust the mountain, he simply cut through it. Just as cutting through the Moon doesn't make you Moon level, cutting through a Mountain shouldn't be Moon level either.
That said, "Possibly higher" could be reasonable given that such a feat should still surpass City Block level (which is currently scaled to the fact that Magic Emperor and Captains could have each leveled the entirety of a giant cave if they weren't careful).
