Because it's easier to prove that the God Tier of the verse at the end of the series can do a 3-A+ feat than it is Yamamoto who has quite a few characters scaling to him at this point.

And Yhwach has much more evidence for being 3-A+ than Yamamoto does

Who scales to Yamamoto Bankai and which anti-feats he has?
 
This would suggest his flames would "eventually" reach Universel in range which seems unlikely and a reach to assume they were referring to the entire universe but that's just my opinion. It would be "environmental destruction" over an unknown period of time even if it was accepted.

How long does it take is flames to spread when using his Bankai anyway?

Well for one, he has no supporting feats anywhere near that level

Base Yhwach scales above him as does all his stronger versions

Ichibe scales above him

Dangai Ichigo and Hogyoku Aizen scale above him

Royd Lloyd's durability would scale to him

True Shikai Ichigo scales to/above him

Probably some more I'm forgetting

But none of these characters even have anti-feats, they are all God and Top tiers, and Royd LLoyd got cutted in half by Yamamoto, so, he doesnt scales

It doesn't change the fact that half a dozen High 6-A characters would go up to 3-A from this one feat if it were accepted

As for Royd Lloyd, he was able to withstand Yamamoto's passive heat, the same heat that would have destroyed SS, it's even used on his profile under durability.

Such a huge change in stats for so many characters is going to require a lot more than this.

resisting the heat is not the same as being equal to Yamamoto power, his profile is wrong if he is rated like that, it wasnt only the heat that was going to destroy SS, but the spiritual preassure, it having heat or not doesnt matter

VIZ translates it as "burn to the ground" in which said phrase is used to indicate when something is COMPLETELY destroyed by fire, though from the other context above, its clear "soul society" in this context is referring to the planetoid they are on due to the emphasis on moisture. Keep in mind Kubo can be inconsistent what that term means in story (which is why the wiki had it treated SS can mean the planet and dimension). You can perhaps argue that statements in the novel indicate SS cannot mean the planet, but its clear from even 13 blades the bankai is meant to affect the planetoid only.

now to quote arc7:

That's because their more popular, many verses don't get attention like they do and along with the drama. Regardless, I'll stop talking about this since it's derailing the threads original topic.
 
We should treat his feat as an outlier and maintain consistency with how we treat the realms, imo. Similar with Gremmy, he has a tier 3 feat but it’s an outlier for him.

We currently scale Yama off other feats currently anyhow.
 
It’s very clearly referring to planet here. There is no room for logical interpretation that he’s going to burn down a universe in a couple minutes. It mentions moisture evaporating and all.

It’s just a matter of reading between the lines.
 
Yeah I understand why it is assumed to be surface of the planet level due to lowball reasons but it is clearly refering to the planet
 
the main thing yall need is to figure out how fast a battle in bleach is... he said he had to finish it quickly

Almost the same as the manga explanation, which is the problem with Bleach databooks, 90% of the info in them are just quoted from the manga.

Lastly, even if by chance the databook said something significantly different, it's still secondary to the manga which pretty much states erasure
